Since November 2003, Kazuhiro Hayashi has been Director of WADA`s Asia/Oceania Office. The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) published the UK`s updated 2021 National Anti-Doping Policy in April 2021, which all NGOs must comply with. This was the first update of the Directive since its introduction in 2009. Julien is multilingual, graduated in law from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) and specialized in sports law. and especially in sports disputes. He also holds a Master`s degree in Sports Organizational Management from Université Claude Bernard de Lyon (France) and completed an executive program at McGill University in Montreal (Canada). Julien also teaches for several Master`s programs in Sports Law around the world.

Angela has also trained and competed as a bodybuilder and has a passion for kickboxing and languages. Since August 2018, Sébastien Gillot has been working at WADA as Director, European Office and Sport Movement Relations (formerly International Federation Relations). Tom has over 20 years of experience in all areas of anti-doping. He joined WADA in January 2004 as Manager of Doping Control Policy and Development. In 2010, he was promoted to Senior Manager, Program Development. and in 2014 Deputy Director of NADO/RADO Relations. The lawyer will succeed Matthew Johnson on August 2 as he leaves the organization after a career in sports regulations, having worked in the industry since 2004. “I am delighted that Nisha is taking on this important role for us,” said UKAD executive director Nicole Sapstead, who will join the International Tennis Integrity Agency next year. Marc-André holds a degree in Computer Science from the Université du Québec à Hull, Canada. He is an avid mountain and road cyclist, runner and hiker. Ross received a Congratulatory First in Modern Languages from Oxford University (England) before studying law at BPP Law School in London, where he graduated with distinction.

He also obtained with distinction the FIFA Master (an international Master in sports management, law and humanities). Immediately prior to joining WADA, Ross was a partner at the Swiss law firm Kellerhals Carrard, where he served as WADA`s external advisor for over a decade.
